This website is operated by Shazadalon Inc., doing business as Ashes in Gold ("Ashes in Gold," "we," "us"), 930 North Federal Highway, Hollywood, Florida 33020. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Made-to-order pieces

Every piece is made to order. Product photographs show the design; because each piece is finished by hand, small variations in finish, color, and stone appearance are normal and are not defects. Stone details for your piece are confirmed before work begins.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Where a piece is shown as "From" a price, the final price depends on the size, metal, and options you select, and is confirmed to you in writing before production. We may correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment is collected through our secure checkout provider.

Entrusted ashes

By sending ashes to us, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so. You entrust only a small measure; we use what is needed for your piece and return every unused grain. We log, photograph, and document your entrustment on arrival and through production, and handle ashes with care and only for the purpose of making your piece. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by a shipping carrier while ashes are in transit to us, and we strongly encourage using the prepaid, tracked materials in your entrustment kit.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, and branding on this site belong to Ashes in Gold and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
