Sending Something This Precious

There’s a right way to do this, and we handle every part of it. Here’s exactly what to expect, start to finish.

How Your Kit Travels

the same custody record, start to finish
Step 01 — Your Kit Arrives

Everything prepared, nothing to figure out.

Your collection kit includes the vessel, a seal, compliant packaging, and a prepaid, tracked shipping label. It doesn’t expire — take whatever time you need before sending it back.

Step 02 — A Quarter Teaspoon

Just a small, symbolic measure.

About a quarter teaspoon of ashes is all we need. The rest stays with you, always — we never ask for more than this.

Step 03 — How It Ships

USPS Priority Mail Express — the required carrier for cremated remains.

Cremated remains are required to travel via USPS Priority Mail Express — the carrier whose regulations are designed for this. Your kit is packaged to meet this requirement exactly, with the correct labeling and a prepaid, tracked label already attached.

Step 04 — On Arrival

The day it arrives, you’ll know.

Your kit is logged under its own custody number, verified by two people, and photographed. That photograph is in your inbox the same day.

Step 05 — Everything Comes Home

Every grain comes home.

Whatever isn’t set in your piece returns with it, sealed in a keepsake vial. Nothing is ever discarded — ever.

Handled like they’re our own — because one day, this will be how someone handles ours.
